• Receipt and transfer of orders in connection with one or more financial instruments;
• Execution of orders for client accounts;
• Portfolio management;
• Investment consultancy;
• Credit or loan placement to investors in order to allow them conclusion of transactions with one or more financial instruments, if the company that is approving the credit/loan is included in the transaction;
• Consultancy in structure of capital, business strategies and similar fields, and well as consultancy and services in connection with mergers and procurement of shares in companies;
• Services of foreign currency transactions, if they are connected to providing investment services;
• Investment research and financial analysis, as well as other services pertaining to financial instrument transactions
