Based on user needs for a simple indicator of the securities price fluctuation, Rast d.o.o. has developed a unique system of Croatian securities price fluctuation mark. Technical Analysis Mark is a quantitative indicator based on the combination of several technical analysis indicators. When using the mark, Rast d.o.o. uses the data on securities trading on organized capital markets in the Republic of Croatia. Since such data sources may not be reliable enough, Rast d.o.o. can not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of said data, nor, subsequently, for the accuracy and timeliness of the Technical Analysis Mark (see Terms of Use).
The TA Mark does not represent the call to purchase or sale of securities, nor is basing a sale/purchase decision solely on such data recommendable. Rast d.o.o. encourages users to make personal inquiries before reaching any investment decisions.
RAST D.O.O. RECOMMENDS CONTACTING A BROKER BEFORE MAKING ANY ACTIONS BASED ON THE CONTENTS OF THESE WEB PAGES.

| POSITIVE TREND AREA |

When, during a certain period of time, price of a certain security notes positive steps (increase) and such steps win over negative steps (decreases), the security is within the positive trend area. The amount and number of steps has a direct bearing on the mark. The more distinct the trend, the higher the grade. |
| |
| INSECURITY/TREND OSCILLATION AREA |
If, during a certain period of time, the price of a certain security should oscillate around a certain value, or if after a longer period of one-direction trend there is a change, the security is thought to be in the trend oscillation area, i.e. trend which is not distinct. The TA Mark marks such areas in yellow. |

| NEGATIVE TREND AREA |

When, during a certain period of time, price of a certain security notes negative steps (decrease) and such steps win over positive steps (increases), the security is within the area of negative trend. The amount and number of steps has a direct bearing on the mark. The more distinct the trend, the higher the grade. |
| |
| LOW LIQUIDITY AREA |
In case a certain security is not getting traded much, or the total of transactions is very small, trading data may not be considered acceptable for reaching any decisions, i.e. marks. In such cases, the TA Mark does not have a distinctive value, and the security shall be regarded as being in the area of low liquidity. |

| The synthetic TA Mark can be found on top of securities graphs, as a special indicator. Values of TA Evaluation on the graph are marked by suitable colours and height of column, and are shown vertically in the line of current price rate for the day the value of TA Evaluation is shown. |
