| Brokerage services offered by RAST represent the all-included financial instrument transaction service package for the client, containing all financial, legal and technical actions necessary for the buy/sell, payment (coverage), ownership, depositing, and corporate actions of the issuer during the possession of the instrument (for foreign issuer stocks), etc. |

| RAST brokerage services allow investors access to purchasing and selling financial instruments on the global market (all major stock exchanges in the world), as well as in the Republic of Croatia (the Zagreb Stock Exchange). In the stocks segment, investors can choose between some 10,000 corporate stocks and ETF stocks. Their updated listing is available through the Trading monitor. |

| Buy and sell orders are usually given electronically, using classic PCs and smartphones (RAST mTrade), and in rare circumstances, through direct communication with the broker (by telephone or in person). |

| Placing the buy or a sell order on the stock exchange electronically is performed through the automated RAST system, without direct influence of a broker as a physical entity. The client issues the order from his portfolio at www.rast.hr (My portfolio™ service) using his PC or smartphone, after which the order passes through a sophisticated and automated control system; if the order fulfils all the necessary conditions, it is placed on the stock exchange right away. The time it takes for the sent order to show up on the stock exchange, depending on the instrument and the stock exchange in question, is approximately one to several seconds. |

| Changes which are the result of a buy/sell of a financial instrument are visible in the client's portfolio immediately after such buy/sell occurs; there the client can view or print out the transaction information, i.e. calculation. |

| Brokerage services are at the clients' disposal continually; 24/7, 365 days a year. The displaying of the buy/sell order on the stock exchange and its processing, i.e. execution depend on the business hours of the pertinent stock exchange. Clients must keep in mind both the business hours of the stock exchange and the time zone it operates in (i.e. those stock exchanges included in the best execution search system for client transactions). Any order sent outside the stock exchange business hours must wait to be quoted/processed until the next opening bell of the stock exchange. |

| Order and transaction information in two-way communication between the client and the broker is encrypted and therefore secure. |

| The relationship between the client and the broker is determined, in accordance with pertinent regulations, through the Performance of Brokerage Services Act, General Service Conditions of RAST d.o.o. investment company and the legal act Client Order Execution Policy. Service prices are determined by the Pricelist. |
