RAST d.o.o. is an investment company offering its users (clients) investment activities on the global capital market through its services. This means that clients, through RAST services, may purchase and sell financial instruments on all major markets (i.e. stock exchanges) in the world, including the Croatian stock exchange, manage their financial instrument portfolios using sophisticated logistics offered by RAST, make use of the portfolio management service - through which RAST experts take over the management of the client's portfolio, the investment consulting service, investment research options, the financial analysis service, as well as our recommendations in financial instrument dealings and acquiring shares in companies. |

Brokerage services offered by RAST represent the all-included financial instrument transaction service package for the client, containing all financial, legal and technical actions necessary for the buy/sell, payment (coverage), ownership, depositing, and corporate actions of the issuer during the possession of the instrument (for foreign issuer stocks), etc. |

My portfolio™ |

My Portfolio™ is a set of services RAST d.o.o. offers its clients in financial instrument transactions, in recording them, and in managing client portfolios. These are transactions with financial instruments belonging to foreign issuers as well as those in Croatia, being traded on the global market and the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Larger portion of activities within the scope of the My Portfolio service (buy and sell, portfolio updating, transaction calculations, etc.) is performed in real-time. The My portfolio™ service is FREE OF CHARGE. Brokering services are calculated according to the Pricelist. |

Trading monitor |

The Trading Monitor allows the users of the My portfolio™ service the overview of the positions of financial instruments on stock exchanges (bid, ask, open, high, low and last/close price, change with respect to the previous day in absolute and relative amount, daily traded quantity). |

RAST mTrade provides My Portfolio™ clients access to their portfolio using smartphone devices. |

Portfolio management |
| |
RAST d.o.o. performs the service of portfolio management in the name of the client and for his account based on the signed contract between the two parties. RAST will recommend to the client the investment strategy to be used, in accordance with the previous snapshot of the client's investment profile and the client's goals, available time and additional references. |

The service of investment consulting assumes giving personal recommendations to the client, at the client's request or as RAST's own initiative, in connection with one or more financial instrument transactions. |

RAST d.o.o. is offering services in the field of consultancy on the structure of capital in (trade) companies, and thereby on making use of the various possibilities offered to the issuer by the capital market. These services includes consultancy on company business strategies and similar issues. |
