| RAST d.o.o. is offering services in the field of consultancy on the structure of capital in (trade) companies, and thereby on making use of the various possibilities offered to the issuer by the capital market. These services includes consultancy on company business strategies and similar issues. |

| Concerning mergers and obtaining shares in companies, RAST offers to its clients services of consulting and executing such transactions (execution of transactions on an organised market or outside its boundaries, through auctions, executing takeover activities in accordance with the Joint-Stock Company Takeover Act, displacement of minority shareholders, acquiring own (treasury) shares, etc.). |

As requested by the client for his purposes, RAST shall perform investment research and financial analysis, which includes the assessment/evaluation of the issuer and the issued financial instruments, as well as giving recommendations with respect to financial instrument transactions. |

| Prices of the above services shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, after insight into the scope and other characteristics of the project at hand. |
