| The service of investment consulting assumes giving personal recommendations to the client, at the client's request or as RAST's own initiative, in connection with one or more financial instrument transactions. |

| RAST d.o.o. is offering the service of financial consulting to each client pursuant to the previously concluded contract between the parties. When concluding the contract, investment profile of the client is made, determining the knowledge and the experience the client has in connection with financial instrument transactions, the client's financial situation, his investment goals and investing time frame. |

| RAST d.o.o. shall provide recommendations in good faith and with all due business care, keeping always in mind the client's interests, the level of risk which the investor can manage, as well as possible conflict of interest. Recommendations are provided based on current and historical data on trading certain financial instruments, on results of technical and fundamental analyses, and other information on the financial instrument and its issuer. Recommendations are given with respect to both domestic and foreign financial instruments. |

| Investment consulting shall be performed in RAST-a d.o.o. offices, through e-mail or by telephone. |

| Based on the personal recommendation, the client shall, at his sole discretion, reach the decision on investing and alone bears the consequences of that decision. |
