My Portfolio™ |

| My Portfolio™ is a set of services RAST d.o.o. offers its clients in financial instrument transactions, in recording them, and in managing client portfolios. These are transactions with financial instruments belonging to foreign issuers as well as those in Croatia, being traded on the global market and the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Larger portion of activities within the scope of the My Portfolio™ service (buy and sell, portfolio updating, transaction calculations, etc.) is performed in real-time. Depending on the market (i.e. the stock exchange) on which a particular transaction is performed/executed, there is a possibility of a time delay of several seconds to several minutes. The My Portfolio™ service offers RAST clients the overview of current and historical data on their portfolios and transactions in one place, without the need to keep their own (additional) records. At the same time, they have access to current data on some 10,000 stocks on the global market. |

| The My Portfolio™ service includes: |
- Automatic establishment of the financial instruments portfolio with RAST after successful client registration;
- Issuing and execution of sell and/or buy orders of financial instruments on the global market (the main global stock exchanges) and the Zagreb Stock Exchange directly from the portfolio;
- Trading monitor – following trends in prices and trading of financial instruments on both domestic and foreign stock exchanges as chosen by the client. The client may also make one or more watch lists;
- Portfolio management (marking financial instruments in the portfolio, quantity, average purchase price, current going rate, absolute and relative change of the current going rate with respect to the average purchase price, total current value or an individual financial instrument and jointly for the entire portfolio, share of each financial instrument in the portfolio structure);
- Showing securities in the portfolio grouped by currency in which they were nominated (USD, EUR, HRK ...); also showing their value in other currencies, as well as the total portfolio value in chosen currency;
- Automatic updating of the portfolio value depending on the current state of going rates for securities on stock exchanges;
- Portfolio profit and loss statement – from the establishment of the portfolio and/or for the chosen period, with analytic and graphical overview;
- Overview of the status of individual open buy/sell orders (open, partially executed/processed, changed, executed, retracted);
- Option for viewing and printing out the account of executed/processed or partially processed orders;
- Keeping records of all client transactions in the portfolio (transactions history), with the option of their viewing or printing under several possible criteria;
- Option of viewing the historical portfolio positions (positions on a chosen date);
- Access to current position of cash in the portfolio (available for purchase, available for withdrawal);
- Access to a number of overviews and reports with the option of choosing various filters in order to shape the overview/report exactly as the client wants (historical overview of transactions/orders, historical presentation of cash flow – pay-ins, withdrawals, etc.);
- Issuing instructions to the broker – requests for cash withdrawal, registration of stocks with the broker (for Croatian securities), etc.;
- Access to the portfolio using PC or smartphone (RAST mTrade service);
- Changing the client's password for portfolio access

| The client may, at any moment (24/7, 365 days a year), check their portfolio using a PC or mobile phone (RAST mTrade service) and their user name/password combination. Internet data transfers between the client and RAST are encrypted and thereby secure. |
