| RAST d.o.o. is an investment company offering its users (clients) investment activities on the global capital market through its services. This means that clients, through RAST services, may buy and sell financial instruments on all major markets (i.e. stock exchanges) in the world, including the Croatian stock exchange, manage their financial instrument portfolios using sophisticated logistics offered by RAST, make use of the portfolio management service - through which RAST experts take over the management of the client's portfolio, the investment consulting service, investment research options, the financial analysis service, as well as our recommendations in financial instrument dealings and acquiring shares in companies. |

| For brokerage services (receiving, transferring and executing/processing financial instrument buy or sell orders), portfolio management, investment consulting and offering logistical support to clients who wish to manage their own portfolios, RAST uses acquired knowledge and experience, timely analysis and information, and state of the art logistical and technological solutions. They are based on electronic communication, process automation, the use of Internet and modern electronic devices. This allows for majority of transactions and data transfers in connection with transactions, portfolio updating, etc., to be performed in real-time, regardless of the location of transaction execution (all major stock exchanges around the globe), 24/7. |

| Each RAST service chosen by the client shall be performed in a way simplest and safest for the client, professionally and transparently. RAST intends for each of the client-chosen services to be as all-inclusive as possible, in order to cut down to a minimum the client's exertion and lost time. |

| Communication between the client and RAST is primarily performed through electronic means (RAST web pages, e-mail, telephone...). In some cases, when the client does not use the Internet, or for other reasons, communication may be direct, i.e. face to face (client-broker/investment consultant). |

| Any person (client), individual or legal entity, from Croatia or abroad, wishing to use RAST services, must register with the company. Clients wishing to use RAST services through electronic means need to register through the web pages of the company, at www.rast.hr. After successful registration, each client automatically receives an open portfolio (one by default, but more if the client wishes so) which can be accessed by the client using his chosen username and password through a PC or smartphone. Within their portfolios clients receive information from the Croatian and global stock exchanges (Trading monitor) and use brokerage and other services provided by RAST. These services are joined in one package called My Portfolio™. |
