RAST d.o.o. performs the service of portfolio management in the name of the client and for his account based on the signed contract between the two parties. RAST will recommend to the client the investment strategy to be used, in accordance with the previous snapshot of the client's investment profile and the client's goals, available time and additional references. The agreed-upon version will then be made into the portfolio management contract. The goal of both contractual parties is to realise profit concurrent with the chosen investment strategy, i.e. the level of risk being undertaken through said strategy. |

| In accordance with the above, portfolio models range from conservative to risky. Portfolios contain global market financial instruments (including Croatian issuer instruments), and are based on the principle of diversified investment and limitation of possible losses. |

| The client is informed of his portfolio development continually using electronic means (in the client's portfolio at www.rast.hr, which the client accesses using his username and password), as well as, from time to time, in writing. |

| The shortest time frame for investing is 12 months, and the smallest investment amount HRK 30,000.00 (or equal value in another currency). There is no upper time limit on managing the portfolio, or on the amount of money invested. |

The price of the portfolio management service is determined by the Pricelist.
